1. About Our Apps

PlayToShine develops educational and entertainment mobile applications for Android devices. Our Apps include:

• 🎮 Free Apps: Completely free to download and use
• 💎 Freemium Apps: Free to download with optional in-app purchases for premium features
• 📚 Educational Apps: Games designed for learning and skill development
• 🎯 Entertainment Apps: Games for fun and relaxation

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Free and Premium Content

Our freemium Apps offer:

• Free Content: Available to all users without payment
• Premium Content: Available via one-time in-app purchase
• Prices: Displayed in local currency (GHS for Ghana, USD for international)

4. Internet Requirements

Our Apps have different internet requirements:

• 🌐 Online Apps: Require internet connection to function
• 📱 Offline Apps: Work completely offline after download
• 🔗 Mixed Apps: Some features require internet, others work offline

Internet requirements are clearly stated in each App's description.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through:

• 💳 Paystack (for Ghana and African markets)
• 🔐 Other secure payment providers for international users

We do not store your payment information. All payment data is handled by the payment processor.

6. Restoring Purchases

If you need to restore your premium purchase (after changing devices or reinstalling):

1. Use the "Restore Purchase" button in the App
2. Enter the same email address used for the original purchase
3. If restoration fails, contact us at contact@playtoshine.com with your payment receipt

7. What You Can't Do

You agree NOT to:

• 🚫 Modify, hack, or reverse-engineer our Apps
• 🚫 Share or distribute our APK files without permission
• 🚫 Use our Apps for any illegal purpose
• 🚫 Attempt to bypass payment systems
• 🚫 Share your premium access with others

8. Ownership and Rights

All PlayToShine Apps, including their:

• 💻 Code and software
• 🎨 Graphics and design
• 📝 Content and puzzles
• 🎵 Sounds and music

...are owned by PlayToShine.com. You receive only a license to use the App on your device.

9. No Guarantees or Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• ✅ That Apps will work perfectly on all devices
• ✅ That educational Apps will guarantee learning outcomes
• ✅ That Apps will be available 100% of the time
• ✅ Compatibility with future Android versions

10. Limitation of Liability

PlayToShine.com is not liable for:

• 💾 Loss of data or premium access
• 📱 Device damage caused by the App
• 💰 Indirect damages (lost profits, etc.)
• 🌐 Issues caused by internet providers or device manufacturers

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our Apps means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to our Apps if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
