šŸ“¢ GLOBAL LEGAL AGREEMENT: These Terms of Service govern your use of the standalone mobile applications, Telegram-based application environments, custom software scripts, and automated databases deployed or published by PlayToShine ("PlayToShine", "we", "us", "our"). Whether you are an individual retail consumer ("Individual User") or an institutional client, school, church, or corporate partner ("Institutional Client"), accessing our services means you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Institutional Clients assume full administrative accountability for onboarding any user profiles within their managed organizational accounts.

Because our software assets function directly across Google Workspaceā„¢ cloud infrastructures and Telegram API endpoints, their continuous uptime remains dependent on these platforms. PlayToShine handles no liability for execution barriers, latency updates, or software drops triggered by sudden modifications to API frameworks, rate limits, or account adjustments executed by Googleā„¢ or Telegram.

5. License & Purchase Restoration Protocols

If an individual user or client manager changes hardware arrays, clears internal storage data, or reinstalls a platform application module:

  1. Navigate to the internal menu profile of the application and trigger "Restore Purchases" or re-authenticate your administrative account setup.
  2. Verify your target system environment matches the identical Googleā„¢ Account or Telegram verification endpoint used during the initial setup.
  3. For manual validation overrides, forward your original transaction receipt token directly to contact@playtoshine.com.

You covenant and guarantee that you, along with your onboarded corporate or institutional users, will not:

Every digital element distributed under the PlayToShine domain—including database source libraries, algorithm paths, user layouts, graphic profiles, lexical word sets, and tracking logic—is our exclusive property. Users receive only a restricted, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable run-time execution license to interact with the system strictly for private or internal institutional purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlayToShine software tools are provided strictly "As Is" and "As Available" without any explicit warranties. We do not guarantee that our interactive tools will achieve full operational parity across 100% of all legacy Android device setups, nor do we assert that our compliance networks will completely eliminate corporate operational risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed under governing law, PlayToShine shall not be liable for any direct or indirect data loss, database modifications inside your Google Driveā„¢ setups, or platform downtime. Our maximum aggregated financial liability under any circumstance is strictly capped at the exact amount paid to us by the user or client during the immediate development cycle.

10. Account Suspension and Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate application access, revoke live software licenses, and close bot verification endpoints without liability if we detect system exploitation, reverse-engineering attempts, or a material breach of Section 6.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the statutory regulations and laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal claims or contract dispute channels shall be resolved exclusively before competent courts in Ghana.
